We developed a PLC, HMI and SCADA based automation system to control tank filling, temperature regulation, and
process sequencing across cooking, cooling, and buffering tanks, ensuring efficient, precise, and fully automated
operation with minimal manual intervention. By integrating a shell and tube heat exchanger, we improved heat
transfer efficiency, reducing production time by 50% (from 3 hours to 1.5 hours) and minimizing operator workload,
allowing them to focus on critical tasks.
